Collection: Shaped Panels

I’m always completely satisfied with the beauty and craftsmanship of the cradled panels made from Bara Woodshaping. They are far above any others I’ve tried. It’s a treat to paint upon them.

As usual Bara has outdone the rest with their attention to detail, reliable shipping containers and outstanding products. I love this style frame & panel, it looks professional and really offsets my artwork nicely. thank you!

I recently had a deadline to submit a miniature painting for a show, so I reached for a 12x16 Basswood Framed panel from my inventory. This was the first time I worked with these panels and I was very pleased with the quality. I typically work in oils and I found that the finish of the cradled birch panel was smooth and easy to work with. The pre-attached unfinished frames are an added asset as it's included with the panel, creating the ease of submitting the piece without having to search for a frame, especially when you're working with a deadline. I wanted a clean, modern finish so I only had to add varnish. All in all, I was very happy with the quality of these panels and will continue adding them to my inventory.

I will rely on Bara panels for my mixed media paintings forever! Their superior construction and beautiful surface are lovely to work on, and their weight and quality make me proud to send them to galleries and collectors.

I recently received my first order of panels from BARA, which were shipped to the Boise, Idaho area. The panels are very well made, and I appreciate that the time was taken to sand them so well they are ready for gesso. I'm also impressed with how well they were packaged before mailing. I will be ordering more before long!
